Mr and Mrs WrightLife

The night before the wedding, there was a fire at the Sisters' house. I think Cheryl must have been a bit preoccupied with other things. She left the pastries in the oven a little too long. Jake extinguished the flames and reassured a near hysterical Cheryl that everything was going to be fine- drama over.

He was right.
The next morning, all the preparations went smoothly. It was a very low key do with just a few close friends.
Cheryl and Shane looked a little apprehensive as the ceremony began- last minute nerves?

The guests assembled. I was a bit worried that AnaMatronic might upstage the bride in that outfit! But I needn't have worried. No one could take their eyes off the Cheryl, so radiant in white.

The lovers made their vows.

They exchanged rings and the happy deed was done.

Cheryl thanked SteveR for his wedding gift.

I told Cheryl that she and Shane were welcome at The Sty anytime they fancied a rest from the public gaze.

The new Mrs WrightLife held court in the hot tub.

Time To Move On

Remember my old schoolfriend, Cheryl- the one who bagged herself an international popstar? Well, she's been hanging out with the Scissor Sister Family and she and Shane are just about getting back on an even keel following the birth of Sly on New Years Day.
It's coming up to Cheryl's 40th birthday. (She won't like me telling you that but I've never understood why women are so silly about people knowing their age.)

Shane thought it would be a good time to pop the question. Cheryl accepted. It's time they moved on.

Living with the Scissor Sister family hasn't turned out to be as glamorous as Cheryl thought. Not that she's complaining. It's a fabulous house and the Sisters are great company. It will also be a wonderful place to tie the knot.

Look at little Sly, growing up fast. Cheryl wishes Shane would show a little more interest!

Teenage Dreams

Kendal's been burning the midnight oil...or is it the candle at both ends?

But is she dreaming of Love?

Isn't Colin cute? He's a real sweetheart... if I was just twenty or so years younger... ah me!

He and Francesca are like brother and sister.

Jupiter is more streetwise but I don't think that impresses Nelly too much.

However, I don't believe she has completely given up on him.
